About Exclusive Cooling Ltd.

Since 1979, Exclusive Cooling Ltd. has offered professional service to residents and businesses across Southeastern Ontario.

 

Bob Smith started the company using his station wagon as the base of operations!  He provided mostly repair services, eventually moving to a location on Development Drive.  In 1981, he became a Lennox Dealer, specializing in the sales and service of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.  Today, Exclusive Cooling Ltd. is a Lennox Premier Dealer.

 

In 1990, Bob partnered with Rene Marchen who had worked for the company since 1983, and they moved to the current location at 597 Justus Drive.

 

Bob Smith passed away in 2004.

 

In 2006, Rene partnered with Bradley Horton who, since the early 1990s had been working with Exclusive Cooling Ltd. as a sheet metal technician. In 2022, Rene retired and Bradley assumed ownership of Exclusive Cooling.

 

Today, the company employs a dozen office staff and technicians who provide friendly and efficient service.
